Heather Raymond
Founder, VP of Operations

Heather Raymond

Founder, VP of Operations

With over 20 years of telecommunications experience, Heather thrives on doing what’s “right and fair” for all parties. Heather is a Hoosier at heart with a Bachelors’ degree in Business from Indiana University and a Masters’ degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University. She has been both a customer and a service provider and enjoys finding ways to optimize IT services in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible.

She has worked through hundreds of billing issues with clients until resolution, typically saving at 25-30% from monthly bills. Heather realized her passion for digging through telecom invoices while working at a Fortune 10 company. There is almost always an error and Heather loves to find them. As a telecom analyst with a multi-billion dollar company, Heather saved the company over 20% in annual operating telecom expenses by diligently managing the telecom spend and creatively finding better solutions to meet growing needs. These efforts ultimately streamlined operations, while offering tight controls and optimization ability.

She has been married to her husband Mike over 20 years and they have 3 smart, sporty and sassy daughters: Maya, Alana and Ayla. She loves to play tennis, take long walks on the local trails, relax on the beach, and cheer on her girls with all of their activities, whether it be academics, karate, tennis, volleyball, volunteering! Heather hopes to inspire moms to “go with your gut” and know that they can have both a fulfilling career and still be a great mom.

Chance Sassano

Director, Solutions Architecture

Chance has more than 20 years of managing multi-million dollar budgets, working on the IT front lines, leading diverse teams, and taking business technology solutions from concept to implementation.

In that time, he has worked in Network, Telecom & Security for a global ISP, a Fortune 15 company, a consulting firm, a small medical software developer, and multiple billion-dollar private companies.

But the greatest lesson he learned came as a teenager working at Chick-Fil-A: Customer Service Matters Most.

In an industry that can get caught up in the technology, he likes to focus on customer service by aligning business requirements with the customer needs to provide a solution that is intuitive, reliable, and easy to use.

Chance is married to Jodi, a funny, intelligent lady, and has one amazingly talented teenage daughter, Ellie.

A music-loving geek at heart and Disney world fan who enjoys Musical Theater, Plays, The Magic Kingdom, continuous learning, board games, and getting lost all day playing with a technology gadget or video game.

Most of all, he enjoys being a daddy taxi and supporter of Ellie as she continues her artistic journey into musical theater, singing, and dancing.
